Thailand ( the land of smile)

Year 2008...

CamFashion never forget our friends, and we all try to find somethings interesting to show all of you. In this year 2008, I am planning to provide some new and excited fashion ideas not only in Our country Cambodia but also in other countries especially the southeast Asian.

To rock our lovely friends,in early of January I decided to spend my short holiday in my neighboring country, which is known as the land of smile- "Thailand".

Forget about the long history of this country, which all of you can find million of infor on the net, Camfashion gonna tell you briefly about the people and life style over there.

Before I talk any further, let's see the beautiful sight of the capital city( Bangkok) first:

People:

The young thai people are not so far different from Cambodians. They like shopping , going to cinema and playing sports at the weekend. However, what I find interested is that most of thai are halfblood..

The languages frequently used are : Thai, English and Chinese.

My favorite places in Bangkok:

In bangkok, there is a place called "Pratunam", which is very popular for shopping. I was told that this area also known as "the king of clothes" since you can find variety of stlyes and color as you like. Most of shops are wholesale, but you are able to buy one of two pieces for yourself with a higher price.

In the early morning, what you shouldn't miss is to visit "Wat Phra Kaew"and "Grand Palace"/
While at night when life is so busy at Bangkok, you can go to enjoy the delicious chinese food at China Town or walking at the night markets where you can buy some cheap clothes and eat some simple but yummy thai food. Oh at night,there is one greatest show in Bangkok-"Gay show", which is very well known all over the world.

For young people, Dreamworld is the best place for exploring. It is actually an amusement park, and the interested activities and excited places including:

The Hunted mansion,

The Snow Town,

The giant house,

The Hurricane,

The Hollywood Action......

Pattaya:

Since the weather in Bangkok is so hot and the air is full of smoke from the cars and motorbikes, most of thai and tourists like to spend their holiday away from the city. Pattaya, which is not so far from Bangkok, is very famous for its white beach, clean air, and fresh seafoods.

Pattay is a late riser and the city really comes to life after dark, when the go-go bars grow red and thunderous basslines call night owls to happy hour at a menagerie of dance clubs. Sex tourists appear to run the streets during the graveyard shift but, whatever your tastes, you will doubtless find something here to keep the midnight oil burning.

Favorite food in Thailand: Sticky rice and Bok la hong (khmer language)
Favorite animal: Elephant
